Proudly, Heidi Markow helped to author a law in honor of her
sister Robin called "Robin's Law."
This law would create an online registry for all persons convicted of the crime of domestic violence similar to Megan's Law for sex offenders.
Beginning Over Foundation Advocates for Domestic Abuse Survivors
And seeks to prevent [domestic violence] altogether.

A Message from Heidi Stecker Markow & Gloria Domina:
It’s been 10 years since Robin’s Law was first introduced and 13 years since her murder. I’m praying that We will get some movement before the end of the year. Please stay tuned for more information on the bus trip that we are planning for Harrisburg on October 1.
The Beginning Over Foundation will be kicking off domestic violence awareness month with our silent witness silhouette exhibit and showing support for Robin’s Law. More information to follow. Be the change you want to see. There is power in numbers.
We need to be the voice for those who can not speak.
